  7. Managing non-ops issues (maintenance, visits, briefs, changes)
  8. Security, hazardous material, cleaners
  9. Environmental condition, staff, building layout
  10. Boards and screens
  11. Communication: computer, fax, phone, pager, am/fm, handheld, PA)
  12. File cabinets
  13. Closed door office
